NLP stands for Natural Language Processing.

NLP enables Google to understand natural language just like humans do - this is how language models such as BERT or MUM interpret text, search queries, video, and even audio.

The NLP-based algorithms at Google interpret the meaning, structure, and sentiment of your text. They assess how relevant your content is to your niche, which impacts your rankings.

At Surfer, we use NLP to extract relevant entities related to your main keyword. With NLP-based guidelines, you’ll know which terms you should use, where, and how often - to let Google know your content is relevant to what users are looking for.

Yes - we do allow overages (usage above your plan’s limit in a pay-as-you-go model). Organization Admin can always purchase additional Content Editor credits on demand (1 Content Editor article = 1 Content Editor credit). Organization Admin can also enable overages for all Organization Members in-app.

Usage over your limits is charged:

A. If your overage is lower than your plan's threshold: at the end of your billing period, alongside the renewal, or when you change your plan (upgrades and downgrades).

B. If your overage is equal to or higher than your plan’s threshold: immediately.

Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. The only exception is when you upgrade to a higher plan whilst having credits left from your previous plan.
